It involves working with a coach to explore various aspects of life, develop new skills, and make conscious choices that align with values and aspirations. Coaches use a variety of methods, including meditation, active listening, goal-setting, and guided visualization exercises to support clients in their journey of self-discovery and development.

  • ‘Therapy’ is a service that is provided to heal people suffering from various physical, emotional, or mental conditions, by a qualified therapist who teaches their clients different healing skills and techniques.
