‘Therapy’ is a service that is provided to heal people suffering from various physical, emotional, or mental conditions, by a qualified therapist who teaches their clients different healing skills and techniques.
‘Coaching’ is focused on guiding, as opposed to teaching, clients to discover their own solutions deeper within, because true healing can take place once someone realizes that their suffering is entirely self-created. Hence, a coach guides clients to liberate themselves from all current and past pain to transform their own lives.
