The course guides clients to transcend critical views of themselves by discovering their innate creativity and natural state of well-being. Many people cling to a painful past without realizing the true value they have to provide themselves and society.

I was trapped in my lonely, miserable mindset for decades before awakening to an inner healing process and disidentifying with the fictitious and fearful sense of self. Consequently, my passion is to guide clients towards their own inner peace, clear intention, and alignment to start living the life of dreams including career, relationships, health, etc…
Approaches from both Eastern traditions and Western psychology are incorporated in the course, including meditation, visualization, and breathwork, to help clients access and integrate spiritual experiences.

The course supports clients by using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as ‘Tapping,’ to deal with any painful issues causing anxiety. EFT is highly effective for releasing anxiety by tapping on the various pressure points around the upper body and hand.
Tapping originates from a combination of ancient Chinese medicine and modern psychology. Tapping on specific acupressure points, while focusing on the issues causing disruptions in the body's energy flow, helps restore balance and promote healing.
