'True Creative Self' Course

The course takes place over a 2 month period, consisting of 10 weekly sessions, and aids clients in transcending current views of themselves by discovering their true creative selves. It also opens minds to new ways of approaching the challenges in life.

Approaches from both Eastern traditions and Western psycology are incorporated in the course, including meditation, visualization, and breathwork, to help clients access and integrate spiritual experiences.

‘True Creative Self’ Course guides you to:

  • visualize a truly creative purpose

  • set goals aligned with the new well-being visualization

  • practice regular meditation, visualization, and breathwork

  • seek meaning in past experiences to address current psycological and emotional challenges

  • help heal from trauma

  • overcome all limiting beliefs

  • encourage a positive relationship between body and mind

  • achieve inner joy & peace

Ultimately, clients develop their emotional intelligence by releasing past pain, and arrive at a re-newed state of self-compassion and wholeness. The goal is to promote self-transcendence, personal growth, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world.

Tapping (EFT): Anxiety Series

The course takes place over 5 days, consisting of 30 minute sessions, to guide clients by using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as ‘Tapping’, to deal with any painful issues causing anxiety. EFT is highly effective to release anxiety by tapping on the various pressure points around the upper body and hand.

Tapping originates from a combination of ancient Chinese medicine and modern psychology. Tapping on specific acupressure points, while focusing on the issues causing disruptions in the body's energy flow, helps restore balance and promote healing.

‘Tapping (EFT): Anxiety Series’ helps you to:

  • release anxiety in the:

    • breath

    • body

    • heart

    • mind

  • achieve inner love and gratitude

  • move forward from a calm place

Ultimately, clients evolve into their natural peaceful version of their true selves. They learn to dissolve all suffering from anxiety and are able to use their tapping scripts anytime in the future if required.

Tapping (EFT): Wealth Series

The course takes place over 2 weeks, consisting of `14 daily sessions, and supports clients in overcoming their ingrained fear about money. It focuses on dealing with core wealth issues such as early childhood money-related conditioning and any previously experienced financial trauma.

Approaches from both Eastern traditions and Western psycology are incorporated in the course, including meditation, visualization, and breathwork, to help clients access and integrate spiritual experiences.

‘Tapping EFT: Wealth Series’ includes tapping to address:

  • Earliest View of Money

  • Financial Trauma

  • Debt Issues

  • Positive Money-Mindset Shift

  • Setting Big Goals

  • Goal Trauma

  • Self Worth

Ultimately, clients learn to create their own financial reality by taking control of their wealth mindset. The choice to make money is ours to make and can be readily achieved by ‘tapping’ through wealth-related emotional pain, conditioning, and realizing one’s inner value and self-worth.
